How do I get started with The Crafted Pen?

How does the payment process work?

Our proposals include a 50% deposit upon booking and require autopay setup for the remaining balance. Payments can be made securely through our integrated payment system within the proposal.

How soon can we start after booking?

Once your proposal is accepted, agreement signed, and deposit processed, you'll book your Discovery Consultation (IDENTIFY stage of our ICAN Framework). From there, we’ll provide clear timelines for deliverables and milestones.

What if I need revisions?

Every project includes a CRAFT: Personalized Solutions Consultation, where you'll review drafts and provide feedback. The APPLY stage implements those revisions, ensuring your deliverables align with your goals.

 

Final approval happens in your Client Portal—ensuring everything is polished, precise, and impactful.

How do I access project files/updates?

You’ll have access to your Client Portal, where you can: (1) Review all files and deliverables; (2) Communicate directly with our team via the Activity Tab; and (3) Track project milestones and updates in real-time.
